Lascifloxacin is an antimicrobial medication indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections. Each tablet contains 75 mg of the active ingredient, designed for effective management of respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, and skin infections. 

Indications: Lascifloxacin is primarily used to combat infections caused by susceptible strains of bacteria, including but not limited to, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, and Escherichia coli. 

Dosage: The typical adult dosage is one 75 mg tablet taken orally once daily. Dosage adjustments may be necessary for patients with renal impairment, and it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for specific recommendations.

Administration: Lascifloxacin should be taken with a full glass of water. It may be ingested with or without food; however, for optimal absorption, space it out from antacids or supplements containing calcium, iron, or magnesium.
