Orders are delivered by international postal services or transport companies, depending on the country of delivery. Orders can be delivered to any country. Our company can supply pharmacy products from Europe, Japan and India. Many products are in the warehouses of our partners, and this is indicated in our catalog with the sign "fast delivery". Even if any product is missing from our catalog, we will try to find it for you individually. The delivery time to the nearest countries is 3-15 days, to remote countries -25-40 days. Payment for the order is made after placing the order to the company's bank account or to the account of its representative who sends the order. After placing the order, the manager will send you an invoice to pay for the order by e-mail.  Prices on the website are indicated in euros, but our managers can issue an invoice in another currency, depending on the country of delivery.  We are responsible for the delivery of your order, if any questions arise during the delivery process and you do not receive the order, we will refund the cost of your order to your bank account within 3 business days after reporting the loss of the parcel. All parcels are insured and have a tracking number along the delivery route. Many orders are delivered through transit countries and may have multiple parcel numbers.
